Terms of service
The agreement between you and Cybrosys Technologies for using Assista.
Draft, pending legal review. This describes accurately what the platform does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the tax treatment it assumes is still being settled. Do not rely on it as a final statement of your rights.
What you are buying
Credit, which you spend on builds. Credit is a prepaid balance for using this service; it is not currency, it cannot be transferred between accounts, and it has no value outside the platform.
Prices are shown before you pay. Where tax applies it is included in the price shown, listed separately on your receipt, and comes out of the payment before credit is granted, so a $10 payment in a jurisdiction that charges tax buys less than $10 of credit. Your receipt shows the split.
What you own
The modules you build are yours. We claim no rights over the code that comes out of a build, and no licence over the prompts you write. Use them commercially, publish them, sell them.
We process your prompts and code to run the service, and send them to the model provider you selected. That is the only use we make of them. We do not train on your code.
What generated code is and is not
A language model produces the modules, and it can be wrong. Review what it generates before running it against anything you care about, particularly against a production Odoo database.
We do not warrant that generated code is correct, secure, or fit for any purpose.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think someone else has access, and check your signed-in devices.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Availability
We do not promise an uptime figure. We will tell you before planned downtime.
The service depends on model providers we do not control. When one is down, builds fail; credit is not consumed by a build that produces nothing.
Money
Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which is part of these terms. In short: unspent credit is refundable, spent credit is not, because we have already paid for it.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. We can suspend an account for a breach of the acceptable use policy, and we will contact you first unless someone is being harmed.
Unspent credit is refunded if we close your account.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes
If we change these terms materially we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
Who we are, and where this is decided
Cybrosys Technologies. These terms are governed by the law of the seller's jurisdiction, and any dispute goes to its courts.
