The products
A suite of tools for Odoo developers, built by Cybrosys. Assista IDE is a standalone editor with an Odoo-trained agent built in. The Odoo Helper plugins bring a smaller set of the same tooling to VS Code and PyCharm, EasyInstance handles managed Odoo hosting, Assista X lets you chat with your Odoo data, and Assista Air adds Chrome extensions for working in Odoo.
No. The IDE is a full editor you install on its own. The plugins are separate products: Odoo Helper for VS Code and Odoo Helper for PyCharm. If you would rather stay in the editor you already use, start with one of those.
The IDE supports Odoo 11 through 20.

Credits and billing
The IDE and the plugins are free to download. What costs money is AI usage, which is prepaid as credit, with no plan tiers and no per-seat licence.
Free credit, such as a signup grant or credit from support, is used before credit you bought. Free credit can expire; credit you bought does not.
No. AI usage is paid from your Assista credit balance. You can also add your own provider key in Settings, and usage on that key is billed by your provider.
Unspent purchased credit can be refunded; spent credit cannot. The refund policy has the details.
When you use Assista Coder, your prompt and the relevant code are sent to the AI model provider to produce a response. The privacy policy covers what we store and for how long.
Use the reset link on the sign-in page. We email you a six-digit code. Resetting your password signs you out on every device.
